We are fortunate in Goa to have a bountiful supply of high quality fresh food. The sea yields some of the finest fish, prawns and lobsters you will ever taste. And local farms grow a wide range of vegetables, salads, fruit, herbs and seasonings. It means that our chefs have the best possible ingredients with which to prepare meals – from simple snacks to banquets when required.
We provide you with a range of cuisines to choose from on our regular menu. Seafood is a special feature of course, but we also offer steaks and other mainstays of European cuisine. There are also North Indian tandoori specialities. And of course those special dishes for which Goa is renowned.
There is live music entertainment on some days – and our restaurant staff also produce the evening barbecues in our grounds that are so popular with our guests.
